These are people who could have left the scene years ago for greener pastures but are so driven that they stick it out and make things better for the rest of us. Maybe it is the industry itself that keeps these people motivated. It should be required reading in schools to serve as an example of what can be accomplished if you set your goals high and are willing to follow thru. Hats off to you Kieth, and the many other legendary figures in our industry who can't just walk away.
