RF CENTRAL SHIPPING RFX-RMR-II RACK-MOUNTED 5.8GHz HD UPDGRADEABLE RECEIVER

Carlisle, PA, November 27, 2007 - RF Central, a leading digital microwave technology provider, is now delivering its new RFX-RMR-II 5.8GHz rack-mounted receiver. Designed for live sports stadium and arena coverage as well as ENG news remotes, the unit offers complete HD upgradeability with the latest in high-quality, low-delay, HD decoding technology.


The RMR-II receives both standard and high definition signals and outputs composite video, SDI (HD) or DVB-ASI. Featuring an array of audio capabilities, including analog, digital and fully embedded audio outputs, the RMR-II is designed to provide exceptional performance for ENG and field applications. The RMR-II offers robust RF performance with exceptional adjacent channel rejection and is built with a state-of-the-art fully upgradeable COFDM decoder. Demodulation modes include QPSK, 16 QAM and 64 QAM with auto detection. The RMR-II is also offered in the 2GHz frequency band. Other frequencies are available upon request.
