BUENA PARK, Calif.—Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. (YCAS) announces the appointment of Jonathan Peirson to the position of District Manager responsible for the California and Hawaii sales territory. In his new position, Peirson reports directly to Paul Furtkamp, National Sales Manager.

Prior to joining the YCAS sales team, Peirson mostly recently held the position of Director of Sales, Western Region for JBL Professional where he worked since 1995. Prior to JBL, Jon held various positions at Anchor Audio including Vice President of Marketing where he began his career in 1984. “Jon’s knowledge of the commercial audio market and more specifically his relationships with our dealers and customers in the Western territory will be a terrific asset to the YCAS team,” states Paul Furtkamp, National Sales Manager, Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc.
