Long Island Campus Boasts Progressive Audio Recording Curriculum

Long Island’s Five Towns College has chosen 16 TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik microphones for it’s state-of-the-art recording studios and sound stages for film and television. The college was founded in 1974 and is one of the few institutions across the U.S. to offer a Doctor of Musical Arts degree.

John Machado, co-chair of the audio division, remarked, “These microphones have brought a new level of recording quality to Five Towns College.
