KYLE LEHNING PERFECTS JIMMY WEBB’S JUST ACROSS THE RIVER WITH ATC MONITORS

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE: Kyle Lehning has been recording and producing country and rock records for nearly forty years. He has produced nearly every album for the venerable Randy Travis, all the while shaping the definition of what great recorded music sounds like on projects with Waylon Jennings, Jimmy Buffett, Kinky Friedman, and innumerable others. Lehning recently jumped at the chance to work with one of his favorite producers, Fred Mollin, on legendary songwriter Jimmy Webb’s re-rendering of Webb classics. Included on Just Across the River (E1 Music) are many of the most influential songs in the contemporary music canon, including “By the Time I Get To Phoenix,” “Wichita Lineman,” and “Galveston,” performed by Webb himself and guests Glenn Campbell, Lucinda Williams, Linda Ronstadt, and Mark Knopfler. more

In the mid-1990s, a young Stëv Skye was spotted by legendary engineer/producer Eddie Kramer (Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, et al.), who encouraged him to move to Los Angeles to develop his chops. In L.A., Skye worked with a string of Grammy-winning artists before downshifting to help raise his newborn daughter in Phoenix. more
